I provide personalized, one-on-one coaching. I believe in meeting people where they are, asking questions, challenging assumptions to expand possibilities, and creating actionable plans to effect positive change.
I also believe that fulfilling careers aren't found by accident. They are designed. By aligning your work with your values and strengths, and honestly assessing your season of life, you can create something sustainable and genuinely satisfying.

Completing ICF-accredited coach training at NYU with plans to become ICF certified.
Former litigation associate attorney at large (AmLaw200) law firm and small, boutique firm.
AmeriCorps alumna.
Mother of two terrific kids. Non-profit board president, volunteer, and engaged community member.
